Hi everybody. Welcome to my blog where I talk about my past. I’m gonna dedicate this blog to the man that looks after me. He went away for a while, but came back. Thank God. Being a home healthcare worker must be tough, especially when you have to take care of someone like me. Anyway, this blog goes out to all home healthcare workers out there.
My life as a fashion photographer was crazy. It was like a 30 year party. Above is a cartoon of one night we had in the Bahamas. We had a great dinner, then decided to go to the end of this dock and look at the full moon and a beautiful sky. Well, the editor from the magazine I was working with looked down at the water. It was a big drop and the water was dark and shark looking. Well, of course, I pushed her off. She fell into the darkness and I just heard, “You’re crazy!” I heard a splash and then jumped in after her. Funny, I never worked for them again. That was a crazy shoot. I remember I was working with Heidi Klum. I remember wrestling with my assistant to throw him in the water and I ripped my arm open on a nail. Heidi pointed out that the skin was still there a few days later. Like I said, it was like a big party all the time. It often got me in trouble though.
Often a client might hear that I was in the Caribbean. They would book a job on another island in the Caribbean. Well, I remember on this one job I had a day off. It was awesome. I got to go surfing, windsurfing, and then I decided to play golf, or rather, hit some balls at the driving range. A driver of a golf cart picked me up in my room. He had a set of golf clubs. He took me up to the driving range. There was no one there. It was just me, the guy, a pyramid of golf balls and an umbrella with some martinis. The fairway was a long fairway of palm trees and at the end was a giant volcanic hill. It was beautiful. Anyway, it was a great end to the day. I often had days off in really cool places. I guess it was one of the perks of the job. I wouldn’t even call it a job actually. I got paid to be on vacation.
That’s all for this week. I’m tired from my sidewalk campaign. Look on my Facebook page: briandnice.
Love and miss you guys. Love, B. Nice
