Hi you guys. Welcome to the blog where I talk about the present.
Every once in a while, you’ll do something and it’ll remind you that you’re really messed up. For example, I got on the floor, and I tried to do some yoga. Oh man, that was brutal. I thought I was gonna throw up. I haven’t been on my stomach in four uyears. I did notice, the rug needs a good vacuum. I guess you don’t see that when you’re like this, when you’re in the wheel chair.
Anyway, I just thought I’d share that with you.
Oh, I got up off the floor with my lift.
