My Mom suggested I take off my shoes and socks today, and put my feet in the grass to get grounded, I have not done that in 4 years. I sat there for awhile, it felt great until my silence was disturbed by barking dogs , mosquito, bees, horse flies, then
I hear in the distance a discussion on how to repair the lawn. The peace was great while it lasted.
It felt like I set the reset button, it was a good idea. Simple things are big steps for me , when your like this .
On another note , I was working on my trip, like the scheduling. I thought I could just get in the car and go, then reality set in, and I guess I should do a little planning. So I did a little planning today with my Mom so Im ready to go.
